So my nearest sister has just had her first baby. YEAH!!!! Treyton, aka: Trey, came 3 1/2 weeks early but he is doing well.
In Annedria's words:
Annedria labored for 9 hours after her water broke last night and this morning. Scott (hubby) was the one to catch and pull Trey out. He has dark hair, good color and came out crying. : ) They think he looks like Scott - which is a good thing as he is a boy.
She labored at home with two mid-wives. After Trey was born, they went to the hospital because he was grunting but all seems to be fine.
Trey weighs 5 lbs and 14 oz and measures 18 inches long.
WAY TO GO!!!!!!

WOW--SO COOL! Glad the babe is doing well:) I know my midwives will not deliver you unless you are at least 37 weeks. If you go into labor before you hit 37 weeks you have to go to the hosp. with their back up practice of Ob's and a mid-wife. I was worried about that since I go early too. Isn't the birth of a niece or nephew SO EXCITING!
