Colbey has ventured into the world of Mutual. As I was dropping him off last night for the weekly activity, one of his leaders approached me and said, "Colbey has really made a nice addition to the group. He's blended in and made friends immediately." Now I know that he's wonderful, but it's always good to hear other people confirm your own suspicions. Of course, I also am aware of his ability to be a turd ... I'm hoping he saves that side of himself for home.
Landon has started Speech Therapy. I can't tell you how thrilled I was when he read a sentence and said "yellow" with a "y" instead of an "l". He is also able to say his hard "k" sound now too. Goodbye Tobey and hello Colbey!!!!We are trying to figure out something special for Landon to do. Colbey has private sax lessons and YM and Ryleigh has gymnastics. We are drawing blanks on what to get Landon involved in. If you have any ideas, let us know. We'd really appreciate the help!
The newest development for Ryleigh is her enrollment in North Star Gymnastics! She begins her tumbling career this Friday morning. I have already begun my search for the cutest leotard in the world and have no doubt that she will be the cutest little somersaulter by weeks end. My only worry is .... what do I do with her hair?!?!?! How can such a girly girl not want bows and ribbons in her curly tresses?
